We kindly inform that for the convenience of all LOT passengers, passenger check-in opens 2 hours before the scheduled departure (4 hours for flights to/from the U.S.). The last passenger is checked-in 1 hour before the scheduled time of departure. This rule applies to all flights operated by LOT Polish Airlines from all airports worldwide.

LOT Polish Airlines reserves the right to deny boarding if you check-in less than 1 hour prior to scheduled departure time.

For passengers who value comfort, we recommend the Online check-in via the www.lot.com website or the Tele check-in.

 

Online check-in for e-ticket

Service is available for all passengers who have electronic ticket from Poland, Austria, Germany (except Hamburg), Czech Republic, Hungary, Great Britain, France and Romania to all domestic and European flights. Online check-in is possible within 24 hours of the departure and closes 120 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Tele (Telephone) check-in

The telephone check-in is available for all domestic and international flights from Poland. It is available to passengers travelling with hand baggage only.

Telephone check-in opens at 16:00 hrs on the preceding day and closes one hour before the scheduled time of departure. The boarding pass can be retrieved at the airport upon showing an ID but not later than 30 minutes before the scheduled take-off.

Tele check-in is available from our Call Center at 0 801 703 703 from fixed line phones (at the price of one unit at local rate) or 22 1 95 72 from mobile phones (at rates charged by your operator).
