Legal status

LOT Polish Airlines is a joint-stock company founded after transforming a state-owned company of the same name. On 29 December 1992, District Court in Warsaw issued a decision to register the company in RHB as reference no. 35068. On 30 October 2001, the company was listed in the National Court Register in KRS as reference no. 0000056844. Business activities of the company are subject to the Statute of LOT Polish Airlines SA.

Scope of activity

The scope of activity of PLL LOT comprise: passenger air transport, luggage, airmail and goods transport in national and international transport, services related to air transport, air tourism, air training and aircraft rental. Detailed scope of activity of PLL LOT SA is specified in compliance with the Polish Classification of Activities in the Statute of the Company.
