Management board
He has gained his professional experience working in Poland and France. Recently he was a director at Deloitte, an international professional services company. His main responsibility was to develop business consulting services for the public sector and to support the inflow and development of foreign investors in Poland.
He is a graduate of the prestigious Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris (with majors in economics and finance) and has completed several business management courses and training programmes. After graduation he worked for Arthur Andersen in Paris where he specialised in investments in the emerging markets.
In 2000 he worked on establishing the first independent online brokerage house in Poland. In 2001 he took the position of the General Director of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Poland. In June 2003 he was appointed as Vice President of the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency. There, he supervised the Departments of Investor Assistance, Regional Cooperation and Research and Analysis. He conducted negotiations with the largest foreign investors in Poland such as LG Philips, MAN, Whirlpool or Michelin. Next he worked as Managing Director at the Warsaw office of Amrop Hever, a HR consultancy company.
He is a fluent speaker of French and English. He is married and has three sons.
On 11th May 2009 Andrzej Oślizło was appointed Vice-President, Economics and Finance, of the management Board of LOT Polish Airlines. Andrzej Oślizło is a graduate of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice (with a degree in Information Technology) and the University of Economics in Katowice (degree in Business Management and Marketing). He also earned an MBA at the European University in Montreux. He is a holder of several certificates in strategic management, human resources management, investment management and corporate finance, financial analysis and business diagnostics.
He ran his own business specializing in time management and strategic planning consulting services, e.g. for GEO POST Group and RC UNION S.A. company, which he helped to launch on the New Connect market.
In 2002-2006 he was Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Schenker Sp. z o.o. Previously he worked for VA TECH ELIN EBG Elektronika Sp. z o.o. where he held the position of Managing Director and member of the Management Board.
He also worked for Trinity Management (managing company of III NFI) where he was the Head of the Shares Management Department
His hobbies are chess, business management and capital markets. He also likes skiing, sailing and listening to music.
Leszek Narowski is an executive with rich experience in sales management at large corporations. At LOT Polish Airlines he is responsible for sales and marketing, management of the network of connections as well as revenue management.
He previously served as sales director at the Telekomunikacja Polska Capital Group, where he was responsible for mass market sales and for the creation and implementation of the distribution strategy. He took part, among other projects, in the unification and integration of the organisational structures of TP and Orange and for the implementation of a unique commission system for both outside dealers and company employees. He was also the initiator and executor of the purchase of one of Orange's largest business partners, Ramsat. With his participation, TP Group attained a leading position on the mobile telephone market.
Before that, he occupied the position of the director of the sales force at PTK Centertel Sp. z o.o., where he was responsible for sales, distribution, logistics and trade marketing. He also filled the role of sales director at United Biscuits - SAN S.A., PepsiCo-Wedel S.A./Frito Lay, and FH "WilimpeX". In addition, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Ramsat, a member of the Entrepeneurs Group France Telecom, and a member of the exclusive GINKO – Leaders in Change and Innovation at Orange.
He is a graduate of the Transport Department of the Silesian University of Technology in Katowice. He received his MBA from the Warsaw School of Economics. He has completed numerous professional training courses, including the Process of Managing Change, Model of Leadership in Groups, Goal Management, and others.
She is a graduate of SGPiS (Central School of Planning and Statistics) in Warsaw, now SGH (Warsaw School of Economics) and the Leon Koźminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management. She has many years’ experience and extensive expertise in labour law, human resources management, controlling of labour costs, corporate finance as well as Polish and international accounting standards (US GAAP and IAS).
For 17 years she worked for Thomson Multimedia Polska taking active part in all stages of the company’s transformation: privatization, initial public offering, Employee Stock Ownership Plan, formation of subsidiaries, establishment of the Central Financial Service for Thomson companies all over Europe. For two years she held the position of Business Controller and Acting Deputy Director of the Human Resources Office in PZU Group.
She has been working for LOT Polish Airlines since 2007. She was involved, among other things, in developing systemic solutions in the area of employment and compensation policy. She was one of the leading contributors to the work on amending the Collective Agreement and remuneration scheme for the staff of LOT’s establishments abroad. In February 2009 she was elected by the company’s employees as Member of the Management Board of LOT Polish Airlines.
She is married and has two children: a daughter and a son.
