There are two types of airfreight:
- general cargo
- special cargo, which requires special handling accpetance, warehousing and shipment

Special cargo includes: 


- Heavy cargo (HEA)
- Human remains (HUM)
- Live Animals (AVI)
- Dangerous Goods (DGR)
- Diplomatic Cargo Shipments (DIP)
- Perishable Cargo (PER)
- Valuable cargo (VAL)
