Please use this online form to request a credit of missing miles for flights with LOT after 10 days from the flight date. Before sending your request please check your Miles & More mileage account at www.miles-and-more.pl/mileageaccount

Please note!

Online retroactive crediting of miles for LOT Polish Airlines flights is possible with following conditions:

  • flight was operated by LOT Polish Arilines
  • ticket number starts with “080”
  • flight took place not more than 12 months ago
  • member has permanent, plastic Miles & More membership card

In case your mileage request does not meet the above criteria kindly please send the travel documents via post to our Miles & More Service Center.
