Check-in for passengers travelling in economy class
The time completion of the check-in procedure is an important element that affects departures and arrivals of planes. LOT Polish Airlines endeavour to ensure that each flight is completed on schedule.

We request that all passengers observe the time limits for reporting to check-in as follows:

  • international flights (except the US and Canada) - at least 60 minutes before departure;
  • international flights to the US and Canada - at least 120 minutes before departure;
  • domestic flights - at least 60 minutes before departure.

    Please also note that passengers starting their journey in Warsaw with cabin baggage only, can check in from 16:00 hours the day before departure (except on flights to the USA and Canada).

    For flights to the US or Canada, check-in desks at Warsaw Okecie Airport are available to passengers 4 hours before the scheduled departure.

    Tele check-in
    Tele check-in is available for departures for domestic and international flights by LOT from all airports in Poland; please remember that passengers of  domestic flights can use  this service  when they have cabin baggage only. The exception are flights from Warsaw, where Fast Bag Drop service is available for passengers who checked in by phone.  Therefore, passengers departing from Warsaw and travelling with check-in baggage, can do tele check-in and then leave their baggage at counter  233 or 234 (with Fast Bag Drop logo) at Terminal 2 where they can also  collect their boarding pass.
