In order to ensure your maximum comfort we would like to remind you of savoir vivre rules which should be remembered during the flight.
When boarding please allow disabled passengers and families with small children to board first. Then Economy Class passengers take their places on the flight deck.
In order to conveniently and comfortably take their places Business Class passengers are kindly requested to board the flight at the end. In Business Class there is plenty of space for one's baggage and there will also be time for a welcoming snack and a drink.
It is very important during the flight to follow all instructions given by Flight Attendants and to behave in a manner which doesn't affect the convenience or comfort of other passengers. In this way we can ensure that you will have a pleasant, enjoyable flight.
