If the passenger’s journey involves an ultimate destination or stop in a country other than the country of departure, the Warsaw Conventions may be applicable. The Convention governs, and in most cases limits the liability of carriers for death or personal injury of passengers, as well as for loss or damage to their luggage.

See also: "Information for passengers on international flights on liability limitations" and "Information on limited liability for luggage."

Transport and other services performed by the carrier are subject to terms and conditions of transport which are hereby incorporated by reference in the transport agreement.

Terms and conditions of transport are available at the carrier and ticket issuer.

Transport issues not regulated by provisions of the Convention are subject to provisions of other international agreements and respective international and national regulations.

In the instance of e-tickets, the Passenger Ticket in the sense of Art.3 of Warsaw Convention shall be considered to be the Evidence of Travel.
