etix® is an easier way of travelling as you do not need traditional paper ticket. It is a handy ticket which is stored in the LOT Reservation System and therefore you do not risk loosing or forgetting it.
Passengers do not have to collect the etix® from our offices or wait for its delivery. After you make your booking at www.lot.com,you will receive an e-mail with confirmation of the transaction and your booking code. Your passenger receipt shall be e-mailed to you in one hour to the e-mail address you submitted*.
If you select to receive a VAT invoice, it will be prepared for you at the airport or LOT office, depending on the ticket delivery option chosen in the next reservation step. By making this selection you allow LOT Polish Airlines to issue an invoice without signed confirmation.
For your convenience, please print out the passenger receipt and keep it until your travel is completed. Please present it at check in or at any other contact to a LOT office. The document includes a www address where you can check your travel details.

Board time – the time when a passenger is required to board the plane;
Seat – an assigned seat on a plane;
Reservation number rezerwacji – an assigned number which confirms the booking made by a passenger and is required for any changes made in his air travel plan;
Fare - the money paid for the transportation of a passenger and the luggage he is allowed to take along with him. A fare is the fee for air travel from the departure airport to the arrival airport unless otherwise stated. Fares do not include costs of ground transport between the airport and between the airports and terminals located in city centers.
Fares can be divided into:
- normal fares – for business class or economy class air travel.
These are the most expensive fares, but they are not associated with any restrictions except for the validity of the ticket, which is valid for one year from the date of the start of the journey.
- special fares- usually offered for economy class air travel; they include several restrictions such as the minimum and maximum length of stay, time of booking and/or ticket purchase; booking changes, being required to use the services of another specific carrier.
"Code share” flights – certain flights are operated by other carriers under so-called “code share” agreements. This means that even if a passenger booked a flight with a specified airline and has a ticket stating the name and designator of a given air carrier, the carrier which actually provides the service can be a different airline than the one specified on the ticket.
