LOT Upgrade

• To qualify for the LOT Upgrade offer, your ticket must be issued up to 13 hours before the start of your journey.
• LOT Upgrade benefits are not available on all routes. 
• The number of seats available in the offer is limited.
• The automatic LOT Upgrade service applies to all passengers in the reservation. The offer you make for one person will be multiplied automatically by the number of passengers in your booking. 
• When using LOT Upgrade, the original fare conditions - including baggage allowance - remain unchanged.

Instant Upgrade Terms of Service

The offer can be used by the passengers who are holding an LOT Polish Airlines flight document (ticket number must start with 080…). The offer is available up to 13 hours before your scheduled departure time.

The service does not include all ticket fares and all destinations, that LOT Polish Airlines operates to. Additionally LOT Bidding Upgrade and Instant Upgrade does not include:

• Passengers travelling with children under 2 years of age 
  
• Passengers booked within a group of more than 9 people 
• Passengers travelling on charter flights operated by PLL LOT
• Flight bookings which are not yet confirmed.

If you are traveling with a child under 2 years old or are a passenger in a group booking (more than 9 people), please contact our Contact Center. A consultant will then present you with other options for upgrading your travel class.

No. Baggage allowance specified in your fare conditions remains unchanged.

If the LOT Upgrade automatic service is not available on your route or you were unsuccessful in bidding, you can use other upgrade options:

• up to 72 hours before departure – by calling our Contact Centre,
• up to 5 hours before departure – at the airport check-in.

Remember that the availability of the service depends on the number of seats.
