These Regulations governing services provided by electronic means (the "Regulations") define the terms and conditions of use of the Services provided by LOT Polish Airlines S. A. (the "Service Provider") with a registered office in Warsaw, at ul. 17 Stycznia 39, (00-906 Warsaw) entered in the Register of Businesses conducted by the District Court for the city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register as KRS number 0000056844, Tax Identification Number 522-000-23-34, and share capital of 447,673,700 PLN (paid in full) hereinafter referred to as ("LOT Polish Airlines").
