The Airport overview
In 1936 an official opening of the port Ülemiste on the Tallinn International Airport. Two years later we started planning the building of a new passenger terminal. Since March 2009, the port was named after the president of Estonia Lennart Meri.

If you do not have a car or you'd rather save some money, you can use public transport. Tallinn’s is known for great communication solutions. Bus company MRP, Line no. 2 departs from the airport (bur stop Lennujaam) to the centre and stops near the Viru Keskus Street Laikmaa (direction Moigu - passenger port Reisisadam). Courses are held from Monday to Friday between 6:23 - 23:50 and on weekends and holidays 6:47 - 23:25.
The bus from the street Laikmaa to the airport (direction Reissisadam - Moigu) runs from Monday to Friday between 5:55 - 23:23 and on weekends and holidays 6:20 - 22:58. The bus stop is in front of the terminal and tickets are available at the R-kiosk or from the driver. It is also a new bus line (No. 90K), which provides easy access from the airport to the city centre. The bus is free internet access, and tickets cost around 2 euro and are sold by the driver.
