Prague Airport consists of two main passenger terminals, two general aviation terminals, and the cargo facility. Most departures are served in the North Terminals (Terminal 1 and 2). The South Terminals (Terminal 3 and 4) are used for a few irregular flights, as well as VIP flights, special flights and small aircraft. There are number of buses available outside both terminals, they are connecting airport with the Prague's city center. Buses are running every 10 min and the journey to the center is taking around 30 minutes.
Brno–Tuřany Airport is serving the second biggest city in Czech Republic- Brno. The capacity of the airport is almost half million passengers per year, which make it the second busiest airport in Czech Republic.
The airport consists of one terminal with two concourses. There is food court and few stores, including duty free available at the airport. You can get to the Brno city center by the one of two bus lines running from outside the terminal.
Leoš Janáček Airport Ostrava, also known under name Ostrava-Mošnov International Airport, is serving the city of Ostrava, a major economic and industrial center. The airport is located 20 km to the southwest of the city and also acts as an entry point to northern Moravia and Czech Silesia. Airport facility is one terminal use for both arrivals and departures. The capacity of the airport is 300.000 passengers per year. There are few options of transport to the city available at the airport. You can take a train from the station located 50m from the terminal or choose one of the busses running from outside the arrival hall and the train station.
Czech Republic Cities
With a population of around 10.5 million people Czech Republic is a must see country. Despite being a sage country to visit, it always important to take a few precautions when in a place you don’t know well and especially don’t speak the local language.
