One of them is LOT Polish Airlines, which offers a direct flights to Tokyo from Warsaw. The Airport is the second-busiest airport in Japan and the tenth-busiest in the world. The airport was open in 1978, after 12 years of building. For 24 years of activity, the airport was called New Tokyo International Airport.
This name is used to this day, though in 2004 officially changed to Tokyo-Narita – from the town of the same name and located just 7 kilometres from the airport. Narita International Airports has two big and very modern terminals, so it doesn’t surprise that is full restaurants, shops and facilities. Terminal 1 is multilevel built and it consist of North Wing, Central Building and South Wing and serves almost 30 international airlines. There is 58 gates. Points to check in are located on the fourth floor, where are also restaurants and shops. Immigration control and departures are on the third floor.

How to get there
The most comfortable means of transport connecting the airport with the rest of Japan is rail. Both terminals have their own railway stations, which both set off to Tokyo and to most major cities in the region. Journey will take you around 55 min from the airport to Tokyo. Trains station are located in front o Terminals 1 and 2.
The airports is very well marked, for sure you will not miss the trans stations. In addition to the trains, there are also buses. You can find several lines within Tokyo, several in the area of the city and several connecting the airport with nearby towns. Buses are often slower than the trains because of traffic jams and the journey to the city centre takes you 35-120 minutes. If you don’t like a public transport of course you can get there by car or taxi.
Narita Airport is one of the most modern airports in the world, so if you have a lot of time for your flight you will not be bored. There is so much to do! At the airport is over 200 stores and at The South Wing at Terminal 1 is a duty-free mall called "Narita Nakamise", the largest airport duty-free brand boutique mall in Japan. At the airport you will find everything you need. Pharmacies, banks, exchange offices, ATMs, airport information desks. And the places that will enrich your time like meeting rooms. There are also business services with lounges for business travellers. Everyone will find something for himself.
You’ve made a decision and you want to visit one of the most amazing city in the world? The capital of Japan is a great choice! At first you should buy cheap flight tickets Tokyo. That will be easy, because LOT Polish Airlines offers direct flight there. Then you should make a plan of exploring the city and start looking for a hotel. In 2015 Tokyo was regarded as the biggest city in the world, so you have to be prepared for a huge number of hotels of every rank.
You might assume that hostels are the cheapest place to stay in Japan. There are some benefits in addition to low price. Usually you get much better facilities including a kitchen (which can save you money eating out), common area to relax and socialise in, WiFi, computers, bike hire and laundry. The staff are also much more likely to speak English (which isn’t commonly spoken elsewhere) and be able to help you out with information on the local area. In Tokyo is over 100 hostels, so it shouldn’t be difficult to find a place.
The another option is bussiness hotel. You can find great deals in the city by booking business hotels online through booking sites. Rooms there are small but clean, usually have WiFi and as there is everything you might need: shampoo, toothbrush, towels, soap, comb, robe. They always have a private bathroom and also come with a desk and fridge. Of course you should be prepared that there is no Japan atmosphere and the staff may not speak English but they are a good budget option for a few nights.
If you would like to feel real Japan atmosphere and the price is not important for you, then you should choose a Ryokan. These are the climatic traditional hotels, with sliding paper walls, with a dining room and an interior garden, and with steam:Sento. Usually the only furniture is a low table where you sit on cushions to drink green tea, and sometimes meals are served here. You’ll sleep in a tatami mat room on a futon – a stack of thin mattresses that are put away during the day leaving a minimalist space. Unfortunately, they are not easily accessible for tourists. It is impossible to reserve a room via the Internet or by telephone. The only option is to go to the reception in person. But you still have to get lucky and meet the employee, who speaks English. It may be really difficult.
The concept of the capsule hotel is one of the many eccentric things synonymous with Japan – and therefore if you will be in Tokyo you have to try it! A capsule hotel in Japan has many floors of long rooms, which stack together a multitude of these small, boxed, rectangular spaces side by side and two units high. Most contain a simple mattress, TV, and a lockable storage box. Their intended purpose is to provide a quick, cheap and basic accommodation option; the majority of users being those who have missed the last train or who are either too drunk to make it home or too embarrassed to admit it to their other half. Most of these hotels is only for men.
It may be difficult to find one where they can also sleep woman. If you already you succeed. At first glance the room looks intimidating and bland. on the other hand it appeared rather inviting, in a mysterious ‘futuristic’ kind of way. Sleeping pods are tiny, not much bigger than a coffin, providing just enough space to sleep but are equipped with TV, light and alarm. Bathrooms are shared and luggage is stored in lockers.
