Passengers which are unable to start their journey due to changed entry restrictions in the context of the coronavirus outbreak, can postpone their trips at no extra cost for travel under given country restriction of entrance till December 31, 2020 or get a full refund for their tickets.

If you are not sure whether the country you are traveling to as your connecting or final destination has introduced restrictions based on preventive epidemiological procedures, we encourage you to contact directly the immigration services in that country.

Information for passengers traveling to Israel according to The Ministry of International Affairs:
As of March 12, 2020 Passengers are not allowed to enter Israel. This does not apply to following categories of Passengers:

  • Nationals of Israel
  • Residents of Israel
  • Crew members who adhere to special procedures published by Israeli Airports Authority.
  • Passengers with a specific entry approval from the Population and Immigration Authority or from the Ministry of Health.
  • Passengers who will stay in Israel for more than 14 days and are able to provide a phone number and address of a person in Israel that can provide them with home quarantine.

Passengers of all nationalities travelling from abroad must stay at home quarantine for 14 days. During the home quarantine passengers must stay at private residencies (houses or apartments). Hotels or any commercial real estate are not fit for home quarantine.

Information for passengers traveling to Poland:
In accordance with the order of the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate, as from March 12, 2020 all passengers on international flights and transit flights returning to Poland are subject to mandatory body temperature check and are required to complete their Passenger Location Card.
