LOT POLISH AIRLINES AND PHENOME: COOPERATING IN HARMONY WITH NATURE
On 8 August 2023, LOT Polish Airlines announced the beginning of its cooperation with yet another Polish company in the creation of a new onboard product.
The national carrier has been consistent in making changes to business class to improve the passenger experience and comfort.
The changes involve amenity kits which will be provided by Phenomé to LOT’s hospitable boards.
LOT has relied on the support and promotion of a Polish partner that produces innovative and all-natural cosmetics from human- and environmentally-friendly ingredients.
LOT Polish Airlines is making further changes to its boards. This is all because of the new partnership with the Polish fast-growing cosmetics brand Phenomé, thanks to which each and every passenger on long-haul flights in business class will be given a cotton amenity kit embroidered with the LOT Polish Airlines logo. It will contain two exclusive products from Phenomé’s apple line – a moisturising cream and a regenerating lip balm.
“Inviting Phenomé to partner with us in creating products for our most discerning guests, I mean the business class passengers on LOT Polish Airlines’ Dreamliners, marks another step in the changes we are making to our offering by listening to the voice and needs of our customers. Cosmetics made from the finest ingredients coupled with carefully selected accessories perfectly complement the unique travel experience”, says Izabela Leszczyńska, Director of the Product Development and Customer Experience Department.
The amenity kit will also feature a cotton blindfold and socks with an aviation theme, earplugs, a bamboo toothbrush and all-natural toothpaste.
Phenomé was a brand that became one of the first on the market to create cosmetics from human- and environmentally-friendly ingredients. All products have substituted water completely with hydrolates, which are valuable active ingredients extracted from plants. They enable the active agents to penetrate much faster and deeper into the skin. The cosmetics are further distinguished by sophisticated compositions based on an abundance in all-natural ingredients and unique fragrance touches.
“At Phenomé, we are committed to delivering three components: effectiveness, quality and acting with care for people and the environment. All the changes in the spirit of LOT Destination ECO implemented by the Polish carrier mark a new, fresh approach and thinking about nature. This is absolutely in line with my company’s policy, so I am delighted that our all-natural cosmetics will be onboard PLL LOT’s Dreamliners, thus improving the comfort of the journey”, says Aldona Luterek, CEO of Phenomé.
The new amenity kits from Phenomé follow the introduction of changes to the PLL LOT portfolio. In June this year, the national carrier and Krosno Glass announced a long-term cooperation for the supply of glass onboard aircraft in business and premium economy classes. Thanks to the cooperation, products from the Krosno glassworks will reach more than 100 airports in Africa, North America, Asia and Europe.
