How can I change the name and last name on my ticket?
Once the ticket is purchased, changing the passenger in the reservation is not possible. In the cases listed below, our Contact Center can make corrections to the entered data:
If you need to make changes to your reservation for one of the reasons listed above, be sure to contact our Contact Center (opens in a new tab) before departure. Our employees will verify if the change is possible and secure the reservation so that you can travel without any disruptions.
If the change is possible, a transaction fee will be charged for modifying your ticket. Check the amount of any additional fees.
