Until when to accept the offer |
If an request is made on:
- more than 61 days before departure - fare is valid 7 working days ,
- between 60 and 15 days prior to departure - fare is valid 3 working days,
- between 14 days prior to departure and the day of departure, fare is valid 1 working day.
After the expiry of the offer period, the quote is subject to recalculation. It is not possible to extend the validity of the offer |
Collection of a deposit |
- IATA Agents - deposit payment is not required.
- Non-IATA agents are required to use an established IATA Consolidator agency for ticketing

Changes of Travel dates |
- Group must travel together on the outbound sector.
- Travel dates changes possible only for inbound sectors - In this case Net Fare can change.
- Travel dates changes after ticketing are possible only for inbound sector- fee 100 EUR p/p per transaction. In this case Net Fare can change.

For whom the discount |
- Infants under 2 years: 90% discount of net group fare.
- Children: no discount.

What fees in case of cancellation of seats |
In case of group cancellation up to 61 days before departure – free of charge. In case of group cancellation less than 61 days before departure following conditions should be applied:
- From 60 to 15 days before departure - 20% of the group – can be still canceled free of charge (while keeping minimum of group)
For any subsequent seat following conditions should be applied:
- 60-15 days before departure – 50% net fare p/p
- 14-0 days before departure – 100% net fare plus YQ p/p.
In any case, the minimum group size must be respected. The fee will be charged by the issuance of relevant documents and the settlement takes place immediately after tickets are issued. |
Name and Ticketing deadline |
Complete list of group members personal data and tickets numbers must be entered into system, not later than:
- 7 days before departure for Intercontinental, Europe and Middle East routing.
- 30 days for Interline routing

Name change conditions |
- before issuing the ticket - free of charge;
- after ticketing (not later than 12 hours before departure) – 50 EUR per transaction (must be taken as EMD document).
