A premium travel experience

Travelling in LOT Business Class is about much more than a comfortable seat or an exquisite meal. That is why we continue to enhance our onboard offering, responding to passengers’ evolving expectations and global premium travel standards.

Today, onboard comfort is not about excess. It is defined by quality, functionality and aesthetics, which together create a cohesive and refined experience. It is the details that shape every moment spent on board and make the experience stay with passengers long after landing.

“Developing the LOT Business Class offering is much like designing a well-thought-out space – it is not about one striking feature, but about ensuring that every element works together seamlessly. Each new addition, from tableware and cosmetics to headphones, has been introduced with the aim of creating a consistent and refined experience. Working with Polish brands is a natural part of this approach. Together, we set the standard we want to showcase on board our aircraft and promote around the world. Ultimately, it is our passengers who will judge the results of these changes. We hope, however, that they will recognise what mattered most to us throughout this process – attention to quality, functionality and every detail.”

New amenity kits

The new LOT Business Class amenity kit – a favourite among travellers – has been given a completely new look, featuring a more contemporary design and two colour options: elegant navy blue and a warm copper shade.

While its appearance has changed, our commitment to product quality remains the same. As with the previous edition, the cosmetics are provided by the Polish brand Phenomé, whose products have accompanied LOT Business Class passengers for several years. This time, the set has been expanded to include a facial mist and under-eye patches, while the face cream and lip balm now come in new packaging, consistent with the refreshed visual identity of the entire collection.

“For me, as the owner of the Phenomé brand, it is a great privilege to have our cosmetics, created and produced in Poland, accompany passengers on board LOT aircraft. We receive warm feedback from travellers, as well as enquiries about the products they discovered during their flight. It is also worth noting that this particular range is available exclusively in LOT Business Class. As always, the main goal we set ourselves when creating this edition was quality, but also pleasure: tried-and-tested formulas with the highest possible proportion of natural ingredients, intensive moisturising properties and subtle fragrances. I am also delighted that passengers receive everything they need to soothe and pamper their skin during a long-haul flight: face cream, lip balm, under-eye patches and even a facial mist, which I recommend using several times throughout the journey.”

Skincare set

Since August 2026, the LOT Business Class offering has been enhanced with an exclusive skincare ritual developed in collaboration with the Polish brand HDRÈY. The three-product set – Full HA Micellar Water, Glass Skin MASK hydrogel mask and Glass Skin SERUM – will be available on all long-haul flights for the next twelve months.

The products have been designed as three complementary steps in a skincare routine. The micellar water gently cleanses the skin and prepares it for the next steps. The hydrogel mask provides intensive hydration, helping the skin maintain a fresh and radiant appearance even during a long flight. The ritual is completed with the serum, which helps lock in moisture and leaves the skin soft and glowing.

“For me, collaborating with LOT is a tremendous honour and a source of great pride. LOT is a brand with a long-standing history and a symbol of quality, trust and prestige, so I am delighted that HDRÈY products can be part of this collaboration. I am confident that LOT passengers will appreciate and love the high quality of HDRÈY products. I believe this is only the beginning of our journey together and that many inspiring projects lie ahead.”

– Rafał Afanasjef, CEO and Founder of HDRÈY

Better sound, greater comfort

The new headphones are another enhancement to the LOT Business Class experience. Their ergonomic design and soft ear cushions allow passengers to fully immerse themselves in films, music and podcasts available through the inflight entertainment system. At later stages of the fleet modernisation programme, as part of the retrofit, the headphones will also be equipped with active noise cancellation.

The changes involve not only the headphones themselves, but also their packaging. The plastic packaging has been replaced with a paper sleeve, in line with the new onboard equipment standard and the aesthetics of the refreshed offering. The new LOT Business Class headphones have been available since August 2026.

New headphone models have also been introduced in:

In LOT Premium Economy, passengers have received dedicated over-ear headphones for the first time, while LOT Economy Class now features a new model of in-ear headphones offering a better fit and improved sound quality. The packaging has also changed, with plastic packaging replaced by paper sleeves and envelopes. In both classes, the new headphones are already available on board Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft.

Bolesławiec ceramics – now also available on flights to Seoul

The project to introduce Bolesławiec ceramics on long-haul flights in LOT Business Class continues to expand. Since 1 July, tableware from Manufaktura in Bolesławiec, which was previously introduced on flights to Tokyo, has also accompanied passengers travelling in both directions on routes from Warsaw and Wrocław to Seoul.

In both directions, dishes inspired by the flavours of the Far East are served on ceramics designed especially for us, enhancing the consistency of the culinary experience by combining Polish craftsmanship and design with a dining concept that gives the journey a distinctive and memorable character. Selected pieces of the tableware have also been introduced in LOT Premium Economy
