You can take your musical equipment with you as carry-on baggage, but only if it does not exceed the dimensions and weight allowed for carry-on baggage.

Otherwise, you can transport the instrument by checking it in the baggage hold as checked baggage or you can purchase additional checked baggage marked as SPEQ.

Another option is to purchase an additional seat on the plane that your instrument will travel on.
