Baggage allowance

Baggage allowances on charter flights vary based on the range of the route and the chosen travel class. Check the applicable baggage limits for each tour operator.

Types of equipment based on size:

• Sports equipment, Small/Medium- up to 20 kg

Sports equipment classified as small/medium size are:

Bicycle, archery equipment, fishing equipment, golf equipment, hockey equipment, roller skates, javelin, boogieboard/bodyboard, kite surfing equipment, bowling equipment, skydiving equipment, climbing/hiking equipment, scuba diving equipment, skateboard, skis/water skis, snowboard, tennis/squash/badminton equipment, surfboard.

The fee applies on a one-way trip and includes a set of equipment. If the equipment is packed separately, e.g. in two or three parts, the fee for each part of the equipment is charged separately.

• Sports equipment, Large- up to 32 kg

Sports equipment classified as size large are:

Windsurfing, kayak, hang glider, riding gear, longboard, poles, dinghy, tandem bike

The fee is valid for a one-way trip and includes a set of equipment. If the equipment is packed separately, e.g. in two or three parts, the fee for each part of the equipment is charged separately.

An exception applies to ski equipment: the fee is valid for a one-way trip and covers the entire equipment set, even if packed in separate pieces, e.g. 1 pair of skis + ski boots + helmet.

• Other sports equipment

In the case of other sports equipment or if the above-mentioned weight requirements are not met, the following classification applies:

    *SMALL = up to 10 kg and/or less than 1.4 m in length

   **MEDIUM = 10.1-20 kg and/or 1.41-2 m in length

  ***LARGE = 20.1- 32 kg and/or 2 m in length

Equipment over 2 m in length - requires contacting the airline each time to verify and confirm the ability to take. Contact your tour operator.

Explanation of musical equipment sizes:

• Size S - weight: 5 kg, acceptable dimensions: 30x40x50 cm (up to 10 kg and/or below 1.4 m in length);
• Size M - weight: 18 kg, acceptable dimensions: 70x70x70 cm (10-20 kg and/or 1.41 m - 2 m in length);
• Size L - weight: 32 kg, acceptable dimensions: 100x80x90 cm (up to 32 kg and/or 2 m in length).

On charter flights it is possible to transport animals on board the aircraft or in the hold. This must be communicated well in advance to the travel agent, who will provide the necessary information regarding carriage and payment for the service.

Please note that the number of animals on a particular type of aircraft is limited and the booking must be in accordance with operational procedures.
