Notification of delays, cancellations, and diversions

We work hard to get you to your destination on time, as scheduled. There may be times when weather, air traffic control, operational or service considerations lead to flight delays, cancellations or diversions. When a change in the status of a flight occurs (i.e. a delay of 30 minutes or more in the planned operation of a flight, a cancellation of a flight, or a diversion), we will notify passengers as soon as our airline becomes aware of such a change.

We may use one or more ways to communicate this information:

- using the contact information in the passenger’s reservation (e-mail/phone);

- providing information on the boarding gate area of a flight or on airport flight status display boards;

- upon request via phone with the LOT’s Contact Center

If the departure time is near you may be informed about possible changes by our agents at the check-in and information counters, gate area and flight crews.

LOT Polish Airlines shall notify consumers in a timely manner of changes to their travel itineraries.
