On board our flights, we ensure the comfort of our youngest passengers and their parents by offering special meals, family-friendly amenities, and a wide variety of in-flight entertainment. Find out what you should keep in mind.

Infants under 2 years of age must travel on the lap of an adult guardian. Once you are seated on the plane, our crew will provide you with an additional seatbelt to ensure your child’s safety during takeoff and landing.

In accordance with applicable regulations, a child who is 2 years of age or older must be secured with a standard seat belt in an airplane seat during taxiing, takeoff, and landing, as well as whenever the “fasten seat belts” sign is illuminated.

We offer a selection of child-friendly snacks on board, including fruit smoothies, fruit yogurts, spaghetti, chicken nuggets, and sweet treats.

• Long-haul flights: a standard children's meal is included in the ticket price. If you would like to replace it with an infant meal or a child meal, you can do so free of charge in Manage My Booking up to 24 hours before departure.
• Short-haul flights: a snack and a drink are included in the ticket price. On international short-haul flights, you can also pre-order a paid children's meal served in a Mepal lunch box.

All aircraft lavatories are equipped with changing tables, and bibs are available from our cabin crew. On long-haul flights, you can also use a baby bassinet and bedding for your child.

Before departure, young children receive a reusable bag containing:

• a soft bib,
• socks,
• a dummy clip.

For children aged 2 to 12, Lotek-themed activity bags are available on all routes and include crayons and coloring books. On long-haul flights, the bag also contains a pouch and a Lotek soft toy.

You can also download our coloring books and puzzles before your trip and bring them on board.

On intercontinental flights operated by the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, children can enjoy even more cartoons, animated films, and nature programs. Our in-flight entertainment system offers more than 100 films, TV series, and games.
