Meals and drinks on board
Passengers wishing to bring an oxygen cylinder on board the flight are required to pay a fee for each stage of the journey operated by lot (LO), in accordance with the following price list:
The passenger is required to have with them a completed copy of a Medical Information (medif) form - link to medifOpen in new window. please note: In order to ensure the highest possible quality of care, please provide us with the details of your needs no later than 72 hours before departure.
Up to the thirty-second week of their pregnancy, pregnant women may travel with their doctor's consent without needing a medical certificate. After the thirty-second week, they are required to complete a Medical Information (medif) form - link to medifOpen in new window.
Passengers travelling with infants under seven days old are required to complete a Medical Information (medif) form - link to medifOpen in new window. please note: Incubators are not permitted on board our aircraft.
Our personnel are not authorised to provide assistance in giving injections during a flight. Diabetics who need to give themselves injections during a flight are not required to produce any additional documentation if they are using PEN-type products.
The MEDIF form should be delivered to the airline no later than 72 hours before the scheduled departure.
The medical examination must be done a maximum of 14 days before travel, counting from the moment of completion of the document to the date of flights for which it applies*
*This means that if you buy a round-trip ticket with a stay longer than 2 weeks, you must prepare another certificate for your return flights.
