To get from the Cluj Napoca Airport to the city by public transport. Buses depart from in front of the airport every 10 minutes on weekdays and every 20 minutes at weekends. A trip to the city centre takes some 30 minutes, and you can buy a ticket even with a text message. You must remember, however, that the bus service is not available after 10 pm on weekdays and at weekends. When you happen to arrive late, a taxi or car rental will be a good option. According to the airport's price list, the night taxi fare is 3 leus per kilometre, compared to 2.25 leus during the day.
