Big Family Card

As an official partner of the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy under the "Big Family Card" project, we have prepared a special offer for eligible customers:

• 10% discount on fare basis of the tariffs in all cabin classes (LOT Business Class, LOT Premium Economy and LOT Economy Class);
• 50% discount on additional services (My Extra Baggage and My Extra Equipment).

1. Entering the number of the Big Family Card concerned in the field "I have a Big Family Card" on www.lot.com.
2. The discount is awarded following a positive verification of the Big Family Card.
3. The discount applies only to bookings for at least 2 passengers, of whom at least one must be a Big Family Card holder.
4. The discount on additional services becomes available only upon the purchase of a ticket. It does not apply to any previously purchased tickets shown in the "Manage My Booking" tab.
5. The discount does not apply to multi-city flights. It is available only for scheduled "one-way" and "round-trip" flights.
6. The discount is not subject to any departure date limitations.
7. The discount applies only to flights operated by LOT Polish Airlines in all cabin classes.
8. The discount cannot be combined with promotion tariffs.
9. The discount cannot be combined with code promotions.
10. The discount applies only to the online channel in the Polish market (a purchase on the lot.com website).
