 LOT Polish Airlines launched a Krakow - Istanbul connection. The first flight to Turkey’s largest city is scheduled for April.

The New Terminal One (NTO) is a state-of-the-art passenger terminal to be built at JFK International Airport in New York. The estimated cost of its construction is $9.5 billion. LOT Polish Airlines' presence at the NTO is the outcome of successful two-year long negotiations and a sign of recognition of the potential of Central and Eastern Europe's most important carrier.

LOT Polish Airlines launches new connections from Warsaw. On board the national carrier's aircraft we will fly to the largest city in the Caucasus - Baku. The connection is of particular business value, as Azerbaijan has been an important economic partner of Poland for years.

Strengthened position in tourist transport, continued high position in the cargo segment and slower-than-expected growth dynamics in the scheduled flight network. This is how LOT wraps up the past year.

As early as December 7 the Boeing 787 Dreamliner will take off from Warsaw Chopin Airport to Colombo Airport. This is the first flight to Sri Lanka after a months-long break, offering passengers from Poland and other European countries a sunny holiday in the middle of winter.

In the winter season 2021/2022, the national carrier will offer a total of nearly 100 routes. The booking systems already offer flights on European routes, but also long-haul flights to Sri Lanka, the United States and Canada.
