Cancelled flights - how to rebook or refund a ticket?

If you don't have any plans for your next trip yet, take your time. You can postpone your trip within the validity of your ticket*.
- If your trip begins on/after October 4, 2023 the ticket can be changed without any additional cost within +/- 7 days since the original travel date. You do not pay the fare difference. If there are no flights available in schedule within +/- 7 days, they are counted from the first available scheduled flight.
- If you choose a date over 7 days and the originally purchased fare is not available, you will have to pay the difference according to the currently available fare.
- Only one free-of-charge change is possible.

What you need to do to change the date of your trip quickly and easily:
- You can use our tool (opens in a new tab) to find alternative travel options.
- You can use the Ticket Change form – you will receive a confirmation of change of your ticket reservation by e-mail.
- If you purchased your ticket through a travel agency, you can also change your departure date via the same route.
- You can also reschedule your flight through our Contact Center.
