With our passengers in mind

Passengers flying LOT Business Class on long-haul flights will have the opportunity to enjoy exclusive dishes from a menu created by Artur Skotarczyk, head chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant Muga.

“The second edition of the Michelin-Star Flavours project in LOT Business Class is a natural continuation of our efforts to enhance passenger comfort and meet their expectations. This project strengthens the prestige of the LOT brand while opening up new opportunities for our guests to experience travel at the highest global standards. Thanks to our collaboration with outstanding chefs, we can offer not only exceptional service quality but also the emotions and inspirations that accompany passengers from the moment they step on board. We believe that contemporary luxury is about authenticity, attention to detail, and experiences that remain in memory long after the journey ends.”

— Izabela Leszczyńska, Director of Product Development and Customer Experience, LOT Polish Airlines

The exceptional menu is based on the highest-quality ingredients, and the main course can be selected from four options:

  • Braised Beef with Gratin Dauphinois

  • Hokkaido Pumpkin Gnocchi

  • Guinea fowl “Coq au Vin” with truffle purée

  • Label Rouge salmon in a saffron emulsion

This service is available on flights departing from Warsaw Chopin Airport.

Passengers can choose one of the four main courses at least 24 hours before the flight via Manage My Booking.

“When creating the menu for the ‘Michelin-Star Flavours in LOT Business Class’ project, my goal was to bring the experiences and flavors I have been developing for years onto the aircraft. Each dish combines precision, the highest-quality ingredients, and my personal interpretation—so that the journey becomes a true culinary delight at Michelin-standard level.”

— Artur Skotarczyk, Head Chef of Muga Restaurant

A mark of the high quality of this offering is also the fact that the service is provided in cooperation with the Polish Tourism Organization – a partner of the Michelin Guide.
