When should I request special assistance?
You should request special assistance if:
- You need assistance at the airport or during boarding (e.g. you are unable to walk long distances, you have a problem walking up/down stairs)
- You are visually impaired, blind or deaf
- You are travelling with an assistance dog
- You are carrying medications which must be refrigerated
- You need to use an oxygen cylinder or an oxygen concentrator
- You are heavily pregnant, above 32nd Week
- You are travelling with an infant younger than 7 days
- You wear a cast which prevents you from bending your knee
