  • 1 What is the baggage allowance for each service class, eg. LOT Economy Class, LOT Premium Economy, LOT Business Class?

  • 2 How can I select and reserve a seat on the plane?
    You can select your seat on the plane by using "My favourite seat" service. You will get access to the service whilst making your reservation. If you already have a reservation, you can purchase the service using Manage My Booking or by calling LOT Contact Centre. Seat selection is a paid service. If seating on a particular seat on a plane is not relevant to you, you can choose one of those, which are left unseated free of charge (bear in mind that the choice will be limited). This service is available 36 hours prior to departure (in the "Check-in Online" tab).
  • 3 How can I change contact details in my reservation?

    Contact details can be changed in "My reservation" tab. Click here, then go to "Passenger Information" section and choose "Change my Details".

  • 4 How can I book additional services?

    You can choose additional services whilst making a reservation or our website after submitting passengers' details. If you already have a ticket, purchase of additional services is available in "Manage My Booking" or at LOT Contact Centre

  • 5 How much does excess baggage cost?

  • 6 How can I check-in for my flight?
    The easiest way is to check-in online. Go to our homepage at and choose "Check-in online". Then provide booking reference/ticket number and passenger's last name if you wish to check-in. NOTE: Online check-in is not possible in cases of travelling with an infant, child travelling with airline's assistance, reservations with additional assistance on the airport and for reservations with purchased service for carriage of an animal. In some airports, it is not possible to check-in online. Currently these airports are: Palanga, Ljubjlana, Split, Zadar, Kharkiv, Olsztyn-Szymany, Groningen, Pula, Podgorica, Zagreb, Oslo, Beirut,  Corfu, Dubrovnik and Chisinau.
  • 7 When can I check-in?

    You can check in at earliest within 24h before the scheduled time of your departure. This rule is applies to most airports and routes, regardless of their distance. Please remember that online check-in on our website is possible only for flights operated by LOT Polish Airlines (i.e. when the flight code includes LO).

  • 8 How can I cancel my reservation?

    In order to cancel your reservation and get a refund use our refund form in Manage My Booking or contact LOT Contact Centre.
    Remember: LOT Contact Centre is only handling refunds for tickets issued through or through LOT Contact Centre itself. If the ticket had been issued through another distribution channel (e.g. a travel agency), contact the issuer of the ticket directly.

  • 9 How can I change my reservation?

    You can change your booking via in "Manage your booking". Click here, next login with reservation number (or ticket number) and last name. Select the "Change flights" option, then specify the new travel parameters. Change of reservation is also possible by phone at LOT Contact Centre

  • 10 How can I make an upgrade? i.e. Increase the comfort of my journey.
    If you decide to travel in a higher service class, you can purchase an upgrade. This can be done in two ways. You can either do this through the "LOT Upgrade" tab, where you can place your offer on our bidding platform - more details can be found here. Or you can call LOT Contact Centre, where - subject to seat availability - an upgrade at a special price is available within the last 24 hours prior to departure of your flight. Besides the above, subject to seat availability, it is always possible to change your ticket to the higher class upon a full payment.
