If you already have a flight reservation, you can display the airplane seat map in Manage My Booking. From there, you can also select your favourite seat.
You can also find the seat map for our aircraft in the section about fleet.
If you are traveling with family and children under the age of 12, we will make every effort to assign seats together. However, there may be situations where the number of available seats is limited - in such cases, we will allocate them so that children under the age of 12 are seated next to at least one adult.
Remember, the only way to ensure that the entire family sits together is by reserving seats in advance. You can do this through Manage My Booking or by contacting the LOT Contact Center.

No, it is not possible to get a refund for a seat or any other additional service once purchased.
If you decide to cancel a purchased service, please get in touch with our LOT Contact Center agents and request that the document be held for future use.
Documents for additional services remain valid for 12 or 24 months from the purchase date, applicable for the same service and the same passenger. Our agents will provide you with the details.
When there is a schedule change, such as a departure time change, your previously selected seat should remain the same. However, if your flight experiences irregularities, such as cancellation or aircraft substitution, we will offer you an alternative seat. You can either accept or change it using the Manage My Booking tab or by contacting the LOT Contact Center.
Please note that the Favourite Seat service allows you to choose a seat on the plane before departure, but it does not guarantee the allocation of a specific seat number, only a specific category.
Yes. You can book the baby bassinet service through the LOT Contact Center no later than 24 hours before departure. This service is strictly limited and available only on long-haul flights.
Only passengers capable of providing assistance in an emergency are eligible to occupy extra legroom seats located in the evacuation rows. For safety reasons and applicable evacuation procedures, there are exclusions for occupation of such a seat by passengers:
- under 18 years of age,
- not fluent in Polish or English,
- travelling with an infant,
- travelling with a pet,
- with limited mobility,
- with a medical certificate (MEDIF).
Note! The cabin crew has the right to deny this seat to a passenger who does not meet these requirements, in case of any doubts.
