Michał Fijoł
President of the Management Board, CEO
Michał Fijoł has been associated with PLL LOT for ten years, accompanying the company during its most significant period of growth. He began his career with the national carrier as the Management Board Proxy for Commercial Affairs. Then, from March 2017, he served as a Member of the Management Board responsible for Commercial Affairs, before taking on the role of CEO in June 2023. He completed his PhD studies in Economics at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). He also studied at the University of Osnabrück in Germany and the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Before joining the PLL LOT team, he worked for international corporations in the fields of marketing and sales.
Dorota Dmuchowska
Board Member, Chief Operating Officer
Dorota Dmuchowska began her history with the national carrier in 1995, performing tasks in the operational area. She was a member of the Board of Directors of LOT Crew Sp. z o.o. for eight years, then from 2021 to 2024, served as a Board of Directors for Operations member at Polish Aviation Academy Sp. z o.o., contributing to expanding infrastructure and training capacity for pilots and cabin crew working for LOT Polish Airlines. In June 2023, she was appointed Chief Operating Officer at LOT Polish Airlines, overseeing the safety and efficiency of flight and technical operations.
Maciej Dziudzik
Board Member, Chief Financial Officer
Maciej Dziudzik has over 23 years of experience in aviation, finance and business transformation. He has worked at LOT Polish Airlines since 2001, holding various management positions related to finance and fleet, including the position of Controlling Director and Member of the Management Board for Economic and Financial Affairs. During this period, he was responsible for cost restructuring, business planning and obtaining funds for the development of the company. During his career at LOT, he successfully implemented numerous aircraft financing transactions and cooperated with aircraft manufacturers. In 2020, he played a key role in the restructuring of operating lease agreements, responding to the challenges of the crisis in the aviation industry. As the Director of the Fleet Office, he shaped LOT's fleet strategy and managed key processes of financing and ordering new aircraft, including the project of acquiring 84 new-generation regional aircraft. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. Represents LOT Polish Airlines at international industry conferences such as Airline Economics, CAPA Leadership Summit and ISTAT EMEA.
Robert Ludera
Board Member, Chief Commercial Officer
Robert Ludera is an economist and graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he obtained a master's degree in quantitative methods in economics and information systems. He joined PLL LOT in 2009, holding various positions in route planning, strategy and analysis. In 2012-2015 he actively participated in the implementation of the LOT Polish Airlines restructuring plan. From 2015 he was responsible for route planning, flight schedules and slot management. In 2016 he led the dynamic development of LOT's route, which led to doubling its scale in three years, in line with the Profitable Growth Strategy 2016-2020. In 2018 his scope of responsibilities expanded to include charter management, ACMI, alliance cooperation and cooperation with external partners. He is an active member of important international industry forums, including Star Alliance AMB (Alliance Management Board) and IATA Plan Standards Board. Since 2021, he has been the Chairman of the Coordination Committee of Warsaw Chopin Airport.
Radosław Sitek
LOT's Registered Representative
Radosław Sitek has been associated with LOT Polish Airlines since 2015. He is a manager with 15 years of experience in planning and implementing business strategy as well as managing change. During his career at the Company, he has overseen key development initiatives in the areas of sales, passenger service quality, and technological transformation. Since 2023, as Director of the Strategy Office, he has been involved in shaping the strategic directions of LOT Polish Airlines and has been responsible for delivering the Company’s top strategic priorities. Graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, the Warsaw School of Economics, and Kozminski University. As of 11 March 2026, he serves as the Company’s Registered Representative.
