Slow-braised beef shoulder immersed in a deep, velvety Madeira wine sauce. Accompanied by creamy gratin dauphinois, spiced black lentils with chorizo, and roasted beets glazed with horseradish and balsamic vinegar. A dish where patient cooking and noble aromas come together in a warm, harmonious composition.
Velvety gnocchi made from roasted Hokkaido pumpkin, served on a smooth pumpkin purée. The sweetness of pear marinated in red port intertwines with caramel notes of chestnuts confit in brown butter. Finished with an aromatic walnut dressing and fresh, creamy stracciatella.
A signature interpretation of the classic Coq au Vin, featuring tender guinea fowl leg slowly braised in its own intensely flavored sauce. Served with silky celeriac purée enriched with black truffle, glazed pearl onions with pancetta, and aromatic mushrooms. A dish where rustic tradition meets the elegance of contemporary cuisine.
Scottish Label Rouge salmon, gently confit at a low temperature to preserve its silky texture and natural sweetness. Served with glazed carrots reduced in their own juice, accented with brown butter and fresh tarragon. Potatoes cooked in a saffron-infused fish stock are complemented by a rich beurre blanc emulsion made from mussels, finished with Antonius Oscietra 5* caviar and aromatic chive oil.

Business Class Fine Dining Menu is a special offer for LOT Business Class passengers, thanks to which you can order a main course from a unique menu (Michelin-Starred Flavours) prepared by Artur Skotarczyk, the chef from the Muga restaurant awarded a Michelin Star.

The dish can be selected free of charge. Order your main course not later than 24 hours before departure via the Manage your Booking tab.

If you select the Business Class Fine Dining Menu, your current choice of a meal will be replaced. The new dish may contain allergens and fail to meet dietary requirements.

Business Class Fine Dining Menu is available to LOT Business Class passengers on long-haul flights departing from the Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW).

Business Class Fine Dining Menu is not available for children up to 2 years of age.
