At the 2025 World Airline Awards gala, held on June 17, 2025, at the legendary Air and Space Museum during the Paris Air Show, we were awarded the prestigious title of a four-star airline.

This recognition confirms the high quality of our services at every stage of the passenger journey — both onboard and on the ground.

This distinction is a recognition of our consistent implementation of a strategy that puts our passengers at the heart of everything we do at LOT Polish Airlines. The four-star Skytrax rating and the title of Best Airline in Eastern Europe confirm that we’re on the right path. It’s a success built by many hands and hearts: our crews and employees who make sure every flight under our wings is more than just a journey from point A to point B. As part of a comprehensive assessment, Skytrax experts analyzed selected flights across our extensive network. The audit covered all key stages of the passenger journey, including the check-in process, boarding, cabin comfort and amenities, quality and variety of in-flight service, crew performance, and onboard entertainment.

LOT Polish Airlines has significantly raised the quality of its standards, products, and services — both onboard and at Chopin Airport. The four-star rating is a clear confirmation of the airline’s elevated service level and strong focus on passenger experience. The audit results clearly showed greater consistency and competitiveness of the offer, especially in the area of long-haul flights. This advancement in the Skytrax classification is a major achievement that further strengthens the position of LOT Polish Airlines.
