Best Price Guarantee - Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions

If you wish to benefit from the Best Price Guarantee offer you have to buy a ticket on lot.com which:
- is not issued for code-share flight (directions with flight numbers under 4000 are included in this campaign);
- is issued for flights operated by LOT Polish Airlines only.

The Best Price Guarantee offer does not apply to group tickets.

LOT Polish Airlines may at any time withdraw from offering Best Price Guarantee offer or change its terms and conditions without to the rights acquired by passengers on existing rules.

Lower price

Lower price for a ticket is the one which:
- is found on any website offering plane tickets within 24 hours after purchasing a ticket on lot.com;
- is lower than price paid for the ticket purchased on lot.com;
- is not found on lot.com;
- is not a price received in a process of bidding or auction;
- does not include any travel packages (hotel/car/insurance + flight);
- has to include all taxes and fees;
- does not include promotion codes or discounts;
- is not a result of being a member of any loyalty program;
- is a result of flight ticket which includes the same fare value as one purchased on lot.com;
- is a result of a flight ticket which includes the same flight numbers operated by LOT Polish Airlines, dates, times, and number and types of passengers (infant, child, adult, senior) as presented on one purchased on lot.com;
- is a result of a calculation of the whole journey as one purchased on lot.com;
- is in the same currency, as the currency presented on one purchased on lot.com;
- includes the same form of payment as one used to pay fo reservation on lot.com;
- was found on the same market, as one on which the ticket on lot.com had been bought.

How to submit a claim:

- capture screenshots from the website with competing price;
- screenshots have to contain:

• complete website URL address;
• identical LOT Polish Airlines operated flight numbers, dates, times and number and types of passengers (infant, child, adult, senior) as presented on ticket purchased on lot.com;
• the flight summary page with the lowest price and its details such as fares and taxes;
• complete date and time of capturing screenshots;

- claim must include page with fare rules and restrictions;
- to make use of the Best Price Guarantee offer there is no need to purchase ticket in lower price;
- claims submitted later than 24 hours after purchasing ticket on lot.com will not be considered;
- claims which are not complete will not be considered;
- we advise to keep all the captured screenshots by the time the claim is verified; 
- claim can be sent only via online form (desktop version);
- claim must contain the following information: passengers personal data - name and surname, contact telephone number, e-mail address, number of ticket reservation purchased on lot.com, screenshots from the last step of booking process with competing price, screenshots presenting fare rules and restrictions and complete website URL address on which the lower price has been found.

Refund

- After positive consideration of a claim, voucher will be generated and will allow to discount a ticket price during next purchase on lot.com; value of voucher results from the rules presented below;
- passenger who purchased ticket on lot.com and submitted a claim will be informed about the decision o LOT Polish Airlines via given e-mail address;
- voucher will be in the same currency, as the one in which passenger purchased the ticket on lot.com;
- each voucher is individual for every passenger;
- limit one voucher per passenger;
- voucher will be worth a double value of the price difference;
- voucher can be used only once;
- voucher will be valid for 12 months starting from the date received; LOT Polish Airlines reserves the right to modify or cancel it at any time;
- voucher is not for sale;
- voucher cannot be combined with other offers;
- voucher cannot be exchanged for cash;
- voucher cannot be used to purchase traveler packages; (hotel/car/insurance + flight);
- voucher can be used on lot.com when typed in ‘enter a voucher’ box in 4th step of booking process (payment);
- voucher in PLN currency will be calculated according to the rules below:

Acceptance of terms and conditions and Privacy Policy

Submitting a claim via online form (desktop version) means that you have read and understood the rules of Best Price Gurantee Terms and Conditions.

Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT SA. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: Komitetu Obrony Robotnikow 43 St., 02-146 Warsaw is the controller of your personal data.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Best Price Gurantee offer.

Data controller will process personal data in the form of name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number and reservation number purchased on lot.com.
