Travel insurance

This is a cancelation and curtailment travel insurance policy. It provides cover for the costs you may incur due to cancellation or curtailment of your trip because of a justified reason and not excluded in the Policy Wording (opens in a new tab) such as

• Death
• Severe injury
• Sudden illness
• Medical recommendation not to travel
• Serious damage by use to: fire; burst water pipes; natural forces; criminal offence committed by a third party
• You or your traveling companion receive a judicial summon to act as a jury.
• You or your traveling companion are made redundant and have registered as unemployed.

Chubb will cover costs of the trip and / or the accommodation which you incur by cancelling or curtailing a trip by causes that are specified in Policy Wording (opens in a new tab)

This is a travel insurance policy. Covers expenses incurred during the trip, such as medical assistance or reimbursement of expenses for certain unforeseen events abroad not excluded in the policy (Insurance contract). Cover is valid for round trip bookings and one way trip bookings via LOT as long as a return flight has been booked back to Germany prior to departure. Return flight does not have to be booked via LOT
