Annex no 6: Terms and conditions of the LOT Stopover service
1. The Stopover service involves a layover in the journey that lasts at least 24 hours. The maximum duration of the layover depends on the fare conditions of the airline ticket purchased. The duration of the layover is determined by the Passenger each time.
2. As part of the LOT Stopover Service, the passenger receives the benefits referred to in section 10 below on condition that the wish to use the LOT Stopover Service is declared at least 7 days before the departure date.
3. The LOT Stopover service only applies to flights operated by LOT Polish Airlines.
4. The Stopover service may be chargeable and depends on the fare conditions of the airline ticket purchased.
5. The service is only available for return flights.
6. The service applies to all destinations from or to Warsaw airport only. The service is not available on domestic flights between airports in Poland.
7. If more than one person is booked the LOT Stopover service shall cover all passengers covered in the booking.
8. The possibility of changing the LOT Stopover Service by adding it to an existing booking or changing the LOT Stopover Service added to a booking by shortening or lengthening the stopover depends on the terms and conditions of the fare at which the air ticket was purchased.
9. The possibility of changing or refunding an air ticket that includes the LOT Stopover Service depends on the terms and conditions of the fare at which the air ticket was purchased.
10. The passenger receives the following benefits as part of the LOT Stopover Service:
a/ LOT Discount Code for LOT Polish Airlines domestic flights between airports in Poland. A one-time discount code entitling the passenger to a 25% discount on domestic flights operated by LOT Polish Airlines between airports in Poland. The discount will be calculated exclusively on the FARE value of the air ticket, which means that part of the air fare covering taxes, airport taxes and fuel surcharges is not discounted.
Where a booking using a LOT Discount Code covers more than one person, the LOT Discount Code shall apply to the entire booking and reduce the FARE value of the air tickets of all passengers covered by the booking.
The LOT Discount Code should be redeemed during the stopover as part of the LOT Stopover Service.
In the event of any irregularities in connection with a domestic flight between airports in Poland purchased by the passenger using a LOT Discount Code, the passenger shall be entitled to the same rights as a passenger travelling on the basis of a combination ticket.

11. The LOT Discount Code and information on current PLL LOT and LOT Polish Airlines Partners' benefits being part of the LOT Stopover Service will be sent to the passenger's e-mail address stated in the LOT Stopover Service flight ticket reservation within 7 days of the issue of the flight ticket.
12. LOT Polish Airlines shall not be liable for the proper performance of services referred to in section 10c above. Responsibility for the proper performance of these services rests solely with the providers of these services.
13. Any complaints about the incorrect performance of the services referred to in section 10b above should be addressed to the entities responsible for the performance of those services.
14. Services mentioned in section 10c above shall be provided on the basis of service regulations available on the websites of entities providing such services, links to which will be placed on lot.com in the tab dedicated to the Service: https://www.lot.com/explore/lot-stopover.
