Unfortunately not. Electric bicycles (as well as scooters, hoverboards, or onewheels) are completely prohibited on our planes because they contain batteries. Whether these batteries are removable or integral to the bike is not relevant. The refusal to carry such equipment applies to both checked and carry-on baggage.

While we do not offer the transportation of small electric vehicles as passenger luggage, there is a possibility to transport an electric bike as cargo. You can find the current list of locations cooperating with LOT Cargo on the Cargo Offices website. Please contact your chosen point for further details.

We do not offer the transportation of electric scooters as passenger baggage on our flights (this applies to both checked and carry-on baggage). These regulations apply to both scooters with permanently installed batteries and with removable batteries.

Equipment of this type (such as electric bikes, airwheels, solowheels, hoverboards, mini-segways, balance wheels) can be transported as cargo. Please contact one of our Cargo Offices to determine the details and calculate the transportation cost.

An exception is made for Mobility Aids.

Do you have a mobility aid that folds to the dimensions of carry-on baggage and has removable lithium batteries? Such equipment is treated like a wheelchair and can be accepted for carriage in the cabin. The battery capacity and the combined dimensions of the "scooter" after folding will be significant.
