The past year went down in our history as a time of ambitious changes and successes: new routes, a modern fleet, and industry recognition. We invite you to review the highlights of 2025!

Record-breaking fleet modernization program
In 2025, we carried 11.7 million passengers, marking a 9.4% increase compared to 2024. We placed a record order for a total of 55 aircraft, with options for an additional 40 planes. At the turn of the year, deliveries of Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft with the new cabin began – 13 of these aircraft will start serving our network by mid-2026.
In the last quarter of 2026, our long-haul fleet will be expanded with two Boeing 787-8 aircraft. At the same time, work is underway to introduce Airbus A220 aircraft into service, which will ultimately form the backbone of our regional fleet.
“In 2025, we carried 11.7 million passengers, nearly 10% more than the previous year, launched nine new destinations, and strengthened our presence in the regions. Thanks to the largest fleet modernization program in PLL LOT’s history, a total of 59 aircraft will join us, with options for an additional 40. By the end of the decade, this will make LOT one of the youngest fleets in Europe. We are also investing in the passenger experience – from upgraded business lounges in Warsaw to enhancing the onboard product. I am pleased that these efforts have been recognized with a 4-star airline rating from Skytrax. I thank our passengers for their trust and for every journey on board our flights.”
– Michał Fijoł, President of the Management Board, PLL LOT

With the best travel experience in mind
As part of our Customer Experience enhancements, we unveiled renovated business lounges in Warsaw, designed in line with the concept introduced at the LOT Business Lounge in Chicago.
These upgrades, along with improvements to our onboard product, have been recognized by both passengers and industry experts. At the Le Bourget airshow, we were honored as the Best Airline in the Region and awarded a 4-star airline rating in the prestigious Skytrax ranking. In 2025 alone, we received a total of 20 awards!
“We are also investing in the passenger experience – from renovated business lounges in Warsaw to upgrades in our onboard product. I am pleased that these efforts have been recognized with a 4-star airline rating from Skytrax. I also want to assure you that we are not slowing down – despite the challenges facing the industry and ourselves, 2026 promises more important milestones, including highly anticipated new long-haul routes. I invite you aboard our welcoming flights.”
– Michał Fijoł, President of the Management Board, PLL LOT
A high level of comfort, combined with our new visual identity, has also been brought on board – all new Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft feature modern seats with USB-C chargers, mobile device holders, six-way adjustable headrests, and a redesigned cabin interior.
Moreover, for LOT Business Class passengers on long-haul flights, we have introduced a new culinary offering: Michelin-Star Flavors in LOT Business Class.

More new destinations. Just for you!
In 2025, we launched 9 new routes – to Lisbon, Thessaloniki, Reykjavik, Marrakech, Stavanger, Rovaniemi, Malta, Paris-Orly from Kraków, and Barcelona from Radom.
At the same time, we announced 15 additional routes, scheduled to launch in 2026.
In May, our new service to San Francisco will begin, followed by Bangkok at the end of the year. In addition, we have already started flights to Malaga and connected Gdańsk with Istanbul.

Soon, our network will welcome Bologna, Porto, Heraklion, Palma de Mallorca, and Almaty. As part of further development in regional airports, our aircraft will fly from Kraków to Madrid, Barcelona, and Rome, and from Gdańsk to Istanbul, Brussels, Oslo, and Bergen.
