Cancelled flights - how to rebook or refund a ticket?

If we have sent you a notification about disruptions to your journey, you can either modify your booking yourself or accept the alternative we offer. To change your reservation, use the link provided in the notification or choose from other available booking options.

Ticket change options
If you don't have any plans for your next trip yet, take your time. You can postpone your trip within the validity of your ticket*.
- The ticket can be changed without any additional cost within +/- 7 days since the original travel date. You do not pay the fare difference. If there are no flights available on schedule within +/- 7 days, they are counted from the first available scheduled flight.
- If you choose a date over 7 days and the originally purchased fare is not available, you will have to pay the difference according to the currently available fare.
- Only one free-of-charge change is possible.

What you need to do to change the date of your trip quickly and easily:
- You can use the Ticket Change form – you will receive a confirmation of change of your ticket reservation by e-mail.
- Change your travel dates through our Contact Center.
- If your ticket was purchased through a travel agency, you can also change your departure date the same way.
