Where should I report if my baggage has not arrived?

If your luggage did not reach its destination, in the first step, please report to the Lost Baggage Office in the baggage reclaim area or contact the Lost & Found office at the destination airport. To complete the documents, you will need:

  • confirmation that checked baggage has been checked in
  • boarding pass or ticket and
  • ID card.
