Culinary artistry, precision of detail, and flavours that stay in the memory for a long time.

Hand-shaped pierogi filled with fresh and fermented cabbage, delicately seasoned with marjoram. Served with morels poached in a deeply flavoured mushroom broth, crisp garlic butter-fried kale and a sauce of cabbage jus, fermented cabbage juice and beurre noisette.
Butter-confit rainbow trout with a velvety sauce of chicken jus, cream, black truffle and Truffe Noire cheese. Served with green beans two ways - tender beans and a silky purée - with crisp butter-fried panko, parsley powder, chives and freshly shaved black truffle.
Ten-hour slow-cooked lamb leg, exceptionally tender and rich in flavour. Served with silky potato purée and baby gem lettuce gently poached in a lamb jus and butter emulsion. Sheep’s milk yoghurt and mint oil bring freshness, while a rich lamb jus infused with Kampot pepper completes the dish.
Fifteen-hour braised beef short rib, served with celeriac three ways: silky purée, delicate remoulade and roasted celeriac scented with smoked vegetable oil. Finished with a classic Bordelaise sauce of beef jus, red wine, confit shallot, bone marrow and tarragon.

Business Class Fine Dining Menu is a special offer for LOT Business Class passengers, thanks to which you can order a main course from a unique menu (Michelin-Starred Flavours) prepared by Przemek Sieradzki, the chef from the Giewont restaurant awarded a Michelin Star.

The dish can be selected free of charge. Order your main course not later than 24 hours before departure via the Manage your Booking tab.

If you select the Business Class Fine Dining Menu, your current choice of a meal will be replaced. The new dish may contain allergens and fail to meet dietary requirements.

Business Class Fine Dining Menu is available to LOT Business Class passengers on long-haul flights departing from the Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW).

Business Class Fine Dining Menu is not available for children up to 2 years of age.
