Why can't I check-in for my flight?

If there are less than 36 hours left until the departure, please note that online check-in may not be available due to restrictions at the departure airport - in this case, you will need to check-in at the airport.

Make sure, that during logging in to the check-in page, you have provided the correct data, i.e.:

  • reservation number

and

  • surname without Polish characters.

If you were able to log into the check-in panel, but did not receive your boarding pass, check-in at the airport.
