Status programme changes from 1 January 2021

For flights from 1 January 2021, there will be a few changes to the frequent flyer programme of LOT Polish Airlines. Our objective in this regard is to offer you an attractive and transparent programme. The changes will not affect earning and redeeming award miles in the Miles & More.

Fast track to attaining frequent flyer status

If you fly frequently, you will find that Miles & More is just for you. In addition to the award miles you earn when you fly with LOT and other Star Alliance airlines, you also earn status miles which enable you to attain frequent flyer status. The attractive associated benefits and privileges make your travels even more enjoyable, quicker and more comfortable. For example, you earn even more miles with every booking, get a higher free baggage allowance, enjoy priority passage through security and many other benefits.

How to start earning miles

  • Attractive offers with more than 250 partners
  • If you subscribe to the Miles & More Newsletter, you earn 500 award miles immediately
  • Download the Miles & More app for iOS or Android so you have your service card readily available in digital form. You will also be credited a further 500 award miles the first time you log in
  • Your first mileage credit: as a member, the miles you earn are automatically credited to your account. Should you not be able to present your service card, miles can still be credited to your account retroactively within 6 months. Best of all, when you register for Miles & More, you can also earn miles even if you were not a member at the time of your flight
