Please fill out the form below to submit your partnership proposal to LOT Polish Airlines. 

Important Information:

The evaluation process will be based on the information provided in the form. Attachments are considered additional and supplementary materials.

LOT Polish Airlines reserves the right to select a marketing proposal and to contact only selected entities submitting a partnership proposal. 

LOT Polish Airlines emphasizes that the invitation to submit partnership proposals, as well as any sponsorship proposals, do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code.

LOT Polish Airlines informs that upon submitting a correctly completed partnership form, it is registered in the system. Immediately after registration, a confirmation email is sent to the address provided in the form, including a submission confirmation and an assigned identification number.
