Best Price Guarantee - Terms and Conditions

General Provisions

1. The Best Price Guarantee service is based on granting the passenger a discount code if the passenger reports a price lower than the price paid for the flight ticket purchased via www.lot.com, provided that the lower price meets the conditions specified in point 4 of these Terms and Conditions.

2. The service applies only to individual airline tickets purchased through the website www.lot.com for flights operated by LOT Polish Airlines, excluding charter and code-share flights. The service does not apply to group tickets.

3. Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT SA may at any time withdraw from offering the Best Price Guarantee Service or change its terms and conditions without prejudice to the rights acquired by passengers prior to the introduction of such changes.

4. A lower price for an airline ticket is one that was found by the passenger within 24 hours of purchasing the airline ticket via the website www.lot.com on any website offering airline tickets for sale, excluding the website www.lot.com;

- is lower than the price paid for the flight ticket purchased via the website www.lot.com;

- is not a price obtained through an auction or bidding process;

- is not the price for a travel package (hotel/car/insurance + flight);

- is the final price including all taxes and other fees;

- does not include promotional codes or discounts;

- has not been obtained in connection with any loyalty programme status;

- applies to an airline ticket that includes the same fare as the one purchased through www.lot.com;

- applies to an airline ticket for a flight operated by LOT Polish Airlines S.A., on the date and time and with the number and type of passengers (i.e. adult, child, infant, senior) identical to the airline ticket purchased via the website www.lot.com;

- it relates to a flight ticket that includes the calculation of an identical travel route to that of the flight ticket purchased via the website www.lot.com;

- it is expressed in the same currency as that in which the flight ticket was purchased via the website www.lot.com;

- includes the same form of payment as the one used to pay for the flight ticket purchased via the website www.lot.com;

- was found on the same market as the one on which the flight ticket was purchased via the website www.lot.com.

How to submit a claim

1. In order to use the Service, you must take screenshots of the website where you found the lower price for the flight ticket and a screenshot of the website with information about the fare conditions;

2. The screenshots should include, in particular:

• · the complete URL address of the website;
• · the same flight number as the one operated by LOT Polish Airlines, and the same flight dates, fare, as well as number and type of passengers as on the flight ticket purchased through www.lot.com;
• · the page with the summary of the price for the entire flight, including all taxes and other fees;
• · the complete date and time the screenshot was taken.

For possible verification purposes, please keep all screenshots until your claim has been processed.

3. The lower price claim should be submitted via the active form. The report should include the following information: name and surname, contact telephone number, email address, flight ticket reservation number purchased through www.lot.com, and a screenshot of the last step of the booking process for the lower-priced offer, as well as a screenshot containing information about the fare conditions.

4. Requests sent more than 24 hours after purchasing a flight ticket via www.lot.com and incomplete requests will not be considered. 5. The application will be reviewed within 14 days of submission. A message with information about the decision of LOT Polish Airlines SA will be sent to the passenger at the email address provided in the application.

6. If the application is approved, the passenger will receive a discount code entitling them to a reduction in the price of their next flight ticket purchased via www.lot.com.

Terms and conditions of the Discount Code

1. The discount code is single-use.

2. The discount code is assigned individually to the passenger and is single-use.

3. The passenger can only receive one discount code.

4. The discount code is valid for 12 months from the date of obtaining it.

5. The value of the discount code depends on the difference between the price of the flight ticket paid via www.lot.com and the lower price, and is calculated according to the following rules:

6. The discount code cannot be combined with other promotions.

7. The discount code cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. The discount code cannot be used to purchase a flight together with another service (hotel/car/insurance + flight).

9. The discount code can only be redeemed for the purchase of an airline ticket via the website www.lot.com.

10. The discount code only reduces the so-called base fare for air transport. It does not affect the rate of taxes, fuel surcharges and other fees not included in the base fare.

Acceptance of the terms and conditions and personal data protection

1. By submitting an application via the form, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. The administrator of personal data is PLL LOT S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-146), at ul. Komitetu Obrony Robotników 43.

3. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the offer.

4. The administrator will process personal data in the form of name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number and flight reservation number purchased on lot.com.
