How does it work?

If you already have a reservation but would like to travel in a higher class, you can access the LOT Upgrade offer in an automatic bid. To do this, log into Manage My Booking with your reservation number and your name. If the LOT Upgrade service is available on your flight, you will gain access to the automatic bidding for this service. All flight segments included in your booking which are eligible for LOT Upgrade bidding will be displayed. You decide which segments your offer will concern.

What you need to know

• To qualify for the LOT Upgrade offer, your ticket must be issued up to 24 hours before the start of your journey.
• LOT Upgrade benefits are not available on all routes. 
• The number of seats available in the offer is limited.
• The automatic LOT Upgrade service applies to all passengers in the reservation. The offer you make for one person will be multiplied automatically by the number of passengers in your booking. 
• When using LOT Upgrade, the original fare conditions - including baggage allowance - remain unchanged

Bidding for LOT Upgrade involves a few simple steps:

Step 1: Enter the amount you would like to pay to upgrade to the class of your choice. You can make an offer up to 24 hours before departure.

Step 2: Enter your credit card details. Your credit card will only be charged if your offer is accepted.

Step 3: When submitted correctly, your offer will be confirmed by email. If you change your mind, you can modify or cancel your offer up to 24 hours before your trip using the link provided in the email as long as the Carrier has not notified its acceptance thereof.

Step 4: You will receive an email up to 23 hours before the start of your trip to let you know if your offer has been accepted.
