How to use Wi-Fi on a plane?

1. Turn on airplane mode on your device, then turn on Wi-Fi.

2. Select FlyLot Wi-Fi from the list of available networks and follow the instructions on the screen.

3. Open the login page – if necessary, enter or paste the following address into your browser: https://wi-fi.lot.com/ This page is only available on board.

4. Select the appropriate Internet access option and use the network during your flight.

Streaming & Internet Package

Enjoy unlimited internet access: for work, streaming, travel planning, and communication. It's the most convenient way to stay online throughout your flight.

LOT Business Class passengers and Miles & More members with Senator and HON Circle status traveling on scheduled flights enjoy full internet access as part of their ticket.

Chat Package

Stay in touch and share your moments. The Chat Package allows you to use popular messaging apps (WhatsApp, Messenger, iMessage) for text messages and emoticons. Sending photos, videos, and other multimedia files is not available with this package.

Wi-Fi is available on selected Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft.
Look out for the Wi-Fi sign on board. Switch on flight mode and check if “FlyLOT Wi-Fi” appears in your list of networks.

During the flight, you can access most websites. For safety reasons, some sites with inappropriate content are blocked.
