How can I get a payment confirmation?
Confirmation of payment (electronic ticket) is generated automatically after the payment is completed, and then sent to the e-mail address provided in the booking process.
If you need to regenerate your e-ticket, log in to Manage booking by entering your booking number and passenger's last name. In the panel on the right, select "Send confirmation email."
If you need a bank payment confirmation, you can generate one on your bank's website.
